How to start a return:

Once the return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items
All of our items are handmade and made to order.
Because of this, returns for handmade or made-to-order items are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Because our items are handmade and made to order, order cancellations are not accepted once an order has shipped.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
If your order has shipped and you have not received your package for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will provide a replacement at no additional cost.
