Large Order Policy

Because all of our items are handmade and made to order, large or bulk purchases may require additional production time.

What qualifies as a large order:
Any order of 10 or more items is considered a large order.

Production Time for Large Orders

Large orders may require:

  • Additional raw materials

  • Extended fabrication time

  • Batch production scheduling

Because of this, large orders may take longer to produce than standard orders.

Estimated production timelines for large orders will be:

  • Communicated directly after purchase or

  • Provided upon request before ordering

By placing a large order, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

  • Production timelines may exceed standard processing times listed on the product page

  • Handmade production schedules may vary depending on material availability

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Large orders are produced in batches to ensure consistent quality

  • Orders will ship once all items are completed and inspected

  • Partial shipments are not guaranteed unless arranged in advance

Tracking information will be provided once the order ships.

Cancellations & Changes

Because large orders require materials to be purchased specifically for the order:

  • Large orders cannot be canceled once production has begun

  • Changes to quantity or finish may not be possible after materials are ordered

If you need to request changes, please contact us immediately after placing your order.

Returns & Refunds on Large Orders

Due to the custom and handmade nature of large orders:

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged items

  • Refunds will not be issued for production time delays once timelines have been communicated

  • Cosmetic variations are normal with handmade steel products and are not considered defects
